I was shocked to see how over weight I had become during my battle with cancer. Most the weight I gained was during the first three months after I finished Chemo. The steroids where still working but the effects of chemo where wearing off and I was able to begin eating regular but not up to working out in my old regiment. I gain a awful 30lbs I am still struggle to take it off I have seen my clothes get loser but my weight remains the same I know this is normal when beginning to lose weight. I even gained 5 lbs and lost it during my first weeks. The reason for this is simple mussel ways more then fat so I gained mussel, lost fat and size while the scale hasn't shown any improvement. I am frustrated a little but know it's just part of the process. Below is the before picture that made me realize I need to start kicking my own butt!

That's no baby bump just a lump. Number one thing I learned with yoga and having been heavy to lose the weight once before. I always remember to love the body I am in and I am working with the body I have now. In the next post I will share a normal day for me in my diet routine. I am fine tuning the details.
