Why are people so negative on social media.

The Question was purposed, "Why is it easier for people to be negative them positive?"

In my option the world has turned to social media to be the ear to cry to; the person that hears all your troubles. We use social media the way nowadays, before people use to use a stranger in the store. Our parents  would tell a stranger a story about their troubles and then feel better. They would get understanding and acceptance but not have to divulge their troubles to people that know them daily. Humans like to keep an Idea of ourselves that is beautiful and right, so in order to do that we make ourselves look a certain way for the world and everyone we know.  see ourselves through others not always what we truly are but the curated moments we put online. The trouble with that is now we are knowing the whole world in ways with the internet and people don't have a anonymous ear to talk to they randomly. We go online and vent, we make mean comments when we have a bad day and hold back praise because we must be "to cool for school" or 'to cool to like'
